The questions and options are the original RRB questions (cropped from RRB’s answer-key pages).

RRB JE CBT-1 (CEN 03/2018: Junior Engineer, JE (IT), Depot Material Superintendent, Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant) was held from 22 May to 2 Jun 2019 and on 26-28 Jun 2019, and RRB opened the question papers with the answer key on 11 Jul 2019.
