Is there negative marking in RRB NTPC UG CBT-1?

What is normalization in RRB NTPC and how does it affect my marks?
Because CBT-1 is held in multiple shifts over several days, the RRBs apply a normalization formula so candidates are not advantaged or disadvantaged by an easier or harder shift. Your normalized score (not the raw score) is used for shortlisting and merit, so your final standing can differ slightly from your raw marks.
