These are CEN 07/2025 rules. The 2026 age limit and qualification will be confirmed in the detailed CEN 07/2026.
Educational qualification
12th (+2 stage) or equivalent with not less than 50% marks in aggregate. The 50% condition was not insisted upon for SC/ST, PwBD, Ex-Servicemen and candidates with qualifications higher than 12th. For Accounts Clerk cum Typist and Junior Clerk cum Typist, typing proficiency in English or Hindi on computer was essential.
Age limit (CEN 07/2025)
18 to 30 years as on 01.01.2026 (DOB 02.01.1996 to 01.01.2008 for UR/EWS). For 2026 the age is reckoned as on 01.01.2027; the limit itself is awaited.
